How many cases have you handled?
We have advised over 15,000 clients both in person and on the telephone a significant number of those have moved to choosing DSI Chambers for paid service.
Are you the right immigration law firm for me?
We work for businesses and individuals with any matter related to UK Immigration. If you wish to obtain a visa or appeal a refusal or are a business which wishes to sponsor foreign workers, then we can help you. We aim to combine clear fees, professional service, and efficient processing to ensure clients are happy to recommend us in the future!
How do your professional fees work?
We charged a fixed fee, based on the details of your case. Our range of fees are contained here. We are not the cheapest firm, nor the most expensive, but we feel we are a safe choice for those who want experienced and dedicated lawyers but do not want to overpay.
As an individual, Do I have to pay my immigration legal fees upfront?
No, for DSI Chambers legal fees we accept an initial deposit payment, usually 50% of total fee, to start the case whenever you are ready. The remainder of the fees needs to be paid before the application is submitted but after the vast majority of the application is prepared. The Home Office fees need to be paid at the time of the application, not before. For UK businesses who use us for sponsoring, we issue invoices where appropriate.
What is your success rate?
Although we are not legally permitted to present our success rate, we are very proud of the thousands of clients we have represented and helped. We are experts within immigration law, and we are able to accurately to present your success chances in writing after you have expressed your interest in our services.
Does DSI Chambers assist clients inside and outside the United Kingdom?
Yes, we can assist both those seeking to come to the UK from abroad and those already based in the UK. For those who are based outside the United Kingdom, we are able to make the relevant applications on your behalf at the relevant centres worldwide and have a detailed working knowledge of the procedures adopted at the global application centres.
