Tier 1 Investor Visa Extension
If you are currently in the UK on a Tier 1 (Investor) Visa you can apply to extend your stay by applying for a Tier 1 (Investor) Visa extension so long as you can demonstrate that you have invested at least £750,000 within the first three months of living in the UK. If granted an extension, this will be for another two years, however, you are required to continue investing in an active UK business. You must make your application before your current visa expires.

- Your intentions to marry or register a civil partnership are legitimate; and
- You have access to the necessary funds to finance your trip to the UK
